Beginning with an idea followed by a 3D model through to one offs or series production of components. We will manufacture any product made from the highest quality materials to order.

idea => 3d model => model => mould => prototype

At first your future product will be made virtually with 3D modelling. Based on that 3D model a real 1:1 MDF model of 25mm thickness will be made. This semi-manufactured product is then machined with five-axis centre MAKA CM27T and MAKA HC57R with CNC. This guarantees the highest precision of models and thus of the final products. A mould is then made based on the model. The moulds are made of quality resins, which have minimal shrinkage. The mould is used to produce the final prototype.
